Mary Love Jones – February 2, 1942 – July 16, 2018
Mary Love was called home unexpectedly Monday July 16, 2018 at Community East hospital in Indianapolis Indiana. Mary was born February 2, 1942 and Coosa County Alabama to Ralph William and Bessie Love (Shepherd) Jones. She relocated to Dunkirk Indiana in 1955 with her family and graduated from Dunkirk High school in 1961. After graduation she became employed at the Indiana State office building and moved to Indianapolis. She later became employee add Wishard hospital as a Ward secretary and retired from there after 32 years of service. Mary enjoyed the Bible class while in high school taught by Janie Weaver and continue to read her Bible regularly. She also enjoyed watching her favorite baseball team the Chicago Cubs on television along with her favorite television program westerns. Mary loved being with her family particularly at Christmas time. Mary was preceded by her parents, 3 brothers John, Calvin, and William 1 sister Ollie L. Jones. Left to celebrate her homecoming is daughter Patricia E. Davis 1 brother Reuben L. Jones (wife Dorothy), one sister Ruthie Scruggs (husband Thomas) and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Services entrusted to Indiana funeral Care of Indianapolis, Indiana. Viewing at the Funeral Home will be Wednesday July 25th 10:00 AM to 12 PM.

I am so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. I graduated with Mary, she was such a sweet person, never had an unkind word about anyone. My thoughts and prayers are with her surviving family.
